Select Contact Center Is Hiring Telesales Agents
About the Job:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company " Medical braces"
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the “extra mile” to meet
- Quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Transfer the Call to Concerned team to Finalize the Deal
Benefits:
- With net salary 3k + bonus up to 1k

Job Requirements
- Graduated , fresh grade and undergraduate
- Males and Females.
- Maximum age :35.
- Fluent English
- Good sales skills.
- Experience in Sales filed is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Hyper active and committed.
- Can work Fixed overnight shift from 4 pm till 12:00 am.
