Job Description
- Responsible for Life and Medical business.
- Handle incoming orders from CSOs via mail & telephone.
- Filter and screen all requests forwarded by CSOs.
- Check life and medical applications to make sure that all data and documents are completed.
- Process application details on the business gate system and send it to the Operations Department for underwriting.
- Submit the medical application to the medical department.
- Follow up with UW with regards to issuance of policies.
- Send policies to BLOM Bank Branches after issuance.
- Prepare production related reports per sales channel.
- Prepare a report for medical insurance monthly.
- Prepare analysis report for life production monthly per team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Should possess the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
