- Fulfilling the requested reports from the head of department
- Coordinating with other departments (operation, supply chain, marketing & IT) for any requested data concerning the cereal purchasing team.
- Consolidating and controlling the PGMs reports before distributing it.
- Following up with the Purchasing Group Managers their tasks and their deadlines.
