Job Description
- Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all site works.
- Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement.
- Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations.
- Manage and supervise contractors activities.
- Providing technical advises .
- Surveying sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering (AUC - GUC - Ain Shams - Cairo University are preferable )
- Has to have fit out experience for offices, retail, hotels and non residential projects.
- 5 -8 years of Experience.
- Good Knowledge with computer skills and programs (AutoCAD, MS office and Primavera).
- Excellent English Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel overseas when required by business needs.
- Flexibility to work at night when required by business needs.
- Team player with a cooperative and committed spirit and problem solver.
