Job Description
- Planning the project schedule in conjunction with the implementation manager and follow-up manager
- Review graphics and specifications
- Identify equipment for implementation in conjunction with the implementation manager
- Identify project needs of subcontractors in conjunction with the implementation manager
- Distribution of work on site personnel (implementation of engineers - in conjunction with the Director of implementation
- Prepare purchase orders for raw materials and supplies required for the project
- Prepare Subcontractor's conclusions and submit them to the Execution Manager
- Attend meetings and follow up on what has been said
Supervise the execution of the project works for specifications, quality costs and delivery dates
- Resolving disputes between the company and both the consultant and the owner
- Monitor and direct the work of site engineers
- Monitor the different supplies of the site whether the company or subcontractors conform to specifications
- And the adoption of the minutes of receipt and follow-up inventory and review with the consultant and owner
Job Requirements
- Perform all notes in your monthly quality reports
- Preparation of monthly excerpts from the project and submission to the
- Executive Director after review with both the consultant and the owner
- Leadership, enthusiasm and control of project workers
- Application of occupational safety and health regulations
- Perform the tasks required by the Execution Manager
- Conduct a monthly assessment of project personnel
- Experience in implementing the supervision work on the project work according to specifications, costs, quality and delivery dates
- The skill of organization and management
- Skill in negotiation
- Dealing with individuals
- Personal skills (durability, good behavior, decision-making ability)
- Leadership, enthusiasm and control of individuals
