Job Description
- Responsible for the daily administration of the nursery.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the nursery environment and equipment to ensure that it provides a high quality learning space which offers children a wide range of experiences and support their decision making skills.
- Overseeing and operating a program of suitable learning and playing activities to develop children’s' personality.
- Supporting the staff in the development and maintenance of appropriate
- Planning, recruiting and selecting the staff in accordance with company policy, and making sure that those appointed are qualified and have the skills required to work in the nursery
- Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
- Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
- Provide escort and assistance to children as necessary.
- Help maintain order in the classroom; monitors students to keep them on task.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fluent in English language .
- Maximum age 40 years .
- Experience from 5-10 years in the same position .
