Job Description
Our client is a Multinational Consumer Electronics company in Egypt & they're looking for a Logistics Specialist with the following role:
- Handling imported spare parts shipments from Vendor delivery to company's Warehouse
- Following customs clearance formalities
- Following with Banks for providing shipping documents
- Updating daily report and proceeding for new shipments system activity on time.
- Handling rejected & re-export shipments (Preparing Commercial invoices, packing Lists, ..etc.) to arrange for the re-export process
- Monitoring LSP's to achieve agreed expected releasing shipments date
- Tracking any courier shipments and providing all the required clearance documents
- Submitting LSP's Invoices on SAP after being checked and reviewed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in logistics or Supply Chain is highly preferable
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Excellent English language
- Excellent communication skills
