Job Description

The primary focus of the Sales Account Manager is identifying and securing prospective new clients, consulting with both client and internal team to create a suitable event solution, presenting in person, and cultivating an ongoing client relationship. Means of securing new business will include effective networking, inside and outside selling and travel when necessary for in-person meetings and representing IDV Digital Event Productions at industry events, trade shows & conferences.

A creative, self-driven individual motivated by growth will thrive in this fast-paced environment alongside a team focused on finding new ways to optimize service, design & logistics. Operational knowledge from within the industry is required and creativity in designing experiences is an invaluable asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day activities of assigned accounts
  • Oversee all aspects of account activity including strategy within the platform,
  • Up sell within existing account base, identifying new sources of revenue for our client
  • Ensure high quality service and solutions to your designated accounts, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests and troubleshooting all major issues
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Organize and conduct kick-off and on-going calls with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and deliverables
  • Monitor the full campaign performance lifecycle, aligning client delivery and billing with expectations and making suggestions for campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with Analytics team to generate reports for accounts, showcasing success within the platform
  • Collaborate with other people for the onboarding, implementation, and billing of new accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term business target
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

  • CANDIDATES SHOULD BE STAY IN DOHA NOW.
  • Proven 3+ years of work experience within a Sales or Account Management function
  • Direct experience working within an advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand-side platform
  • Deep understanding of online advertising, ad serving, online media, and campaign tracking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel) and task management tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with the ability to correspond with key internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or relevant field is preferred.
