Job Description

  • Maintain the customer success process to serve the annual business plan.
  • Make continues engagement with the client and work on making sure that the client renews the contract next year.
  • Receive the problems from the clients and deliver them to the concerned Parties and make sure that the problem is solved, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Train customers on how to use the system to be familiar.
  • Open the agreed used systems by GS1 Egypt on daily basis and respond to all customers requests across all systems.
  • Contacting potential clients via GS1 Agreed Channels to establish rapport.
  • Answer the phone calls regards GS1 services.
  • Meet the potential customer in the office to explain GS1 services, review and receive the documents needed.
  • Send emails to the client mentioning GS1 EGYPT services and replying to any questions.
  • Implement the contracting process regards the GTINS and other sales activities “in case the unavailability of IE Team”.
  • Respond to all customers inquiries via Intercom and engage with GS1 users to sustain the annual recurring revenue.
  • Data enter the files on the system.
  • Ask the client to fill the application.
  • Take a hard copy from the client’s official documents.
  • Take a soft copy from the client’s official documents to upload it on the backend.
  • Data enter the details from the client (company, owner & contact person).
  • Assure the data quality of the mygs1 system and salesforce and make sure that all the data of the application form is entered on the system and revised.
  • Finalize the contract and to be signed by the CEO and the client.
  • Give the client a copy of the contract stamped with GS1’s logo.
  • Meet the continuous demands of the repeated customers
  • Make outbound calls to assure the customers' engagement across all gs1 services.
  • Follow-up with the clients to get the products to be photographed “Product Master Data
  • Work on the surveys and NPS results from Marketing team to sustain the customer engagement across our all services.
  • Ready to meet clients outside the office or make outside visits in case it’s a business need.
  • Offer all GS1 services while making a contract with the client

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Excellent Command of both Arabic & English
  • Excellence usage of MOS & Internet
