Job Description
- Be involved with recruitment and retention of KG staff members.
- Be involved with the educational planning, activities, and assessments of KG students.
- Handle academic and behavioral issues with KG students.
- Initiate and manage very good relationship with parents.
- Maintain positive, cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with staff, parents and school director.
- Provide the activities which facilitate the professional growth of the KG staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
Job Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years in educational leadership.
- Age is not more than 40.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resident of 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Marioteya.
- Ready to start immediately.
