- Understand how the product works and how it is used by customers.
- Work closely with customers to answer questions about features and capabilities of Icertis
Product.
- Interact with customers on-site/off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds and
Resolution by leveraging your troubleshooting skills.
- Follow and contribute to defined CRM processes to manage and escalate customer requests
Efficiently.
- Develop knowledge base articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, mentorship to team members.
- Role may involve travel to customer locations.
Job Requirements
- German or French speakers (Fluent is a must).
- 5+ years previous experience in an Application Support role.
- Good listening skills to understand customer issues.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with expertise in SQL & Stored Procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
