Position overview
- Will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing Clients through various online marketing channels to drive lead generation in support of corporate goals. The specialist will also have a primary focus in the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance, and optimization of digital marketing and its alignment to services in support of lead generation for key segments.
Responsibilities
- Preparing strategic plans for e-marketing department, customers, products and brands.
- Follow up, develop and support the e-marketing department and work flow diagram.
- Build and train the technical team to use digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analyze customers and develop marketing plans for their products to raise their indicators performance.
- KPIs building and following.
- Follow-up all KPIs.
- Follow-up all KPIs for social media, application on stores, google Analytics, Google AdWords. google trend.
- R&D for latest marketing methods
- Preparing Marketing Campaigns including the Media plans, execution plan, and effectiveness.
- Create publishing policies and integrate them with editorial policy and expected content
- Resource recruitment for all campaigns in house or Outsourcing to support e-marketing department.
- Preparing all reports for Clients and services
- PR developing with all digital media. Including the digital website Application e-Magazines...etc.
- Create paid campaigns on digital social media like Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat...Etc.
- Managing and leading for CMS.
- Develop and drive global web marketing strategies that are tied to Media House’ business goals to drive success of lead generation and awareness building activities.
- Customer satisfaction measurement.
- Risk management and problem solving.
- Drive the tracking and reporting of marketing performance and web analytics, continually striving to establish best-in-class marketing analytics to ensure informed decisions and optimal performance across all marketing channels.
- Use web analytics to provide strategic guidance on web features and user experience that would help drive customer acquisition, customer retention, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Manage the evaluation of Search Engine Optimization effectiveness and drive adjustments to keywords, page content, etc. to improve SEO rankings in popular search engines (Google, MSN and Yahoo).
- Develop in-depth understanding of keyword advertising and B2B direct marketing.
- Ensure content appears high on search rankings.
- Monitor a company's online reputation.
Job Requirements
- Must have a passion for online marketing!
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years’ Internet Marketing experience in an agency setting
- Strong Search Engine Marketing (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) and (CRO) skills.
- Excellent communicator both written and oral (we want you to be great with computers and be able to talk to humans
- Skilled in content creation for all websites, structuring or restructuring websites and company blog
- Ability to create and analyze reports and provide insights into campaigns based on the data
- Ability to function autonomously or within a team environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically MS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
