Job Description
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines set by the planning department
- Monitor production processes & outputs to resolve problems
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Monitor the quality of output
- Liaise with maintenance department in setting maintenance plans
- Ensure QA standards, health and safety precautions are applied
- Report to Plant Manager the daily dashboard of production

Knowledge:
- BSc. of Mechanical Production/Industrial engineering

Language:
