Job Description
- Basic supply chain procedures combined with an in-depth understanding of forecast supply and demand.
- Business and market oriented, he/she has experience in data mining, analysis and reporting and is willing to create value in the organization improving our supply chain operations by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Interface with HQ Planning staff for provision of data and product request.
- Insuring Finished product availability and back order Management.
- Providing continuous feedback about availability, delivery times and product switching in order to support Marketing and Sales functions.
- Management of any issue related to the stock availability such as no availability or over-stock, by comparing the import flow volume received monthly from HQ Logistics with the actual stock level.
- Balancing of products in the local warehouse and management of the stock levels, ensuring the updating of the related data in IT systems.
- Track shipments and address any delays ensuring the right delivery process.
- Interacting with the 3PL and the transporters when necessary in order to join the expected service level.
- Cooperate with the local contact center for potential issues related to the final customers' orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience with minimum 2 years.
- High Communication & reporting skills.
- Accurate & Quick problem solver.
- ERP systems (SAP experience highly preferable).
- Fluency in English Language.
