Job Description

  • Responsible for handling the customer complaints and promote for the Company's products.
  • Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or ticketing system.
  • Solve the customer issues and provide them with answers regarding any Technical questions.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Display the highest standards of service at all times.
  • Follow up on requests and complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Very high communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Target driven and results orientated
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • Must has technical background.
