Job Description
- Manage, drive and motivate the branch sales team to successfully implement all sales activities in order to achieve volume and market share growth, whilst ensuring optimization of the sales force.
- Manage the sales team and drive sales activities to achieve or exceed
branch annual sales budget by product mix and ensure it is aligned
with the overall company business objectives. - Direct all operations of the Branch to include distribution operations,
customer service, HR, administration and sales in a manner that
supports reaching the profitability goals. - Ensure up to date market knowledge (projects, project owners,
customer competitions) and shares it with the Sales Manager, the
Branch Sales Teams and Marketing. - Ensure timely collection of branch receivables in cooperation with
Credit and Collection teams - Effective networking with related local government authorities,
consultants & key customers - Increase customer base & Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch financial management.
- Prepare state of the art reports on branch performance and present to
management on a regular basis - Present feedback to Supply Chain & Materials Planning on stock levels
and availability of materials. - Achieves maximum efficiency on receivable collection control with full
adherence to customer credit terms and conditions & target A/R days - Drill down the information financial capabilities & behavior of existing &
new customers - Prepare detailed sales forecasting reports on a monthly basis to
- Supply Chain Manager and Product Managers to enable them plan
- Mentor the sales team to improve & develop their skills
- Provide training, development and motivation for Sales staff.
- Continually coaches the sales team to bring discipline into the selling
process and to ensure that the team always consists of competent,
engaged, effective and productive staff in the branch. - Take on responsibility of orientation of all new staff and evaluation of
performance of all branch employees. - Ensure compliance to all relevant quality management system
procedures to guarantee delivery of high quality products/service.
Job Requirements
- Job will be in Saudi Arabia
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in similar role in united arab emirates
- BS MS Irrigation / BE Mechanical / BA or MBA with trading management experience
