Involve in determining the quality standards & procedures
Liaise with engineers and others involved in production in order to create plans to improve product quality
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
Responsible of controlling production processes & testing CNC machines to ensure that they are produced according to a per-defined set of criteria
Spot trends in production line’s output that veers from expected quality
Record all products which do not match with standards and recognize the reasons to initiate proper solutions
Adjust the production process quality to raise the efficiency rate of the products
Make suggestions to improve the quality control process
Sending a periodic report to the Quality Manager indicating the status of each machine and its conformity with the quality standards and observations or suggestions for its development.
Preparing quality control reports & required analysis
Ensure control plans, quality documentation & records are in place
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
Training new customers on the machine in a practical way and according to quality standards to ensure that they can operate the machine efficiently

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Previous Experience in the quality & testing field (preferred)
Good investigative and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources
Ability to think logically and methodically.
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Very Good in Microsoft Office
