Job Description
- Implement software development tasks according to development plan
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Maintain high performing codebases and solve complex performance problems
- Develop solutions in given time frames
- Communicate with managers about any issues or concerns
- Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
- Work hours: 8 hrs/day , 5 days/week

Job Requirements
Minimum required skills:
- Fluent Programming with PHP.
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony or Zend Framework.
- Strong Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with the new features of HTML5, CSS3 and modern UI/Frontend techniques & practices.
- Fluency with at least one SCM tool (Git, SVN, or similar)
- Fluency with setting up a local dev-server.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL.
- Development enterprise applications based on MVC frameworks (Laravel, Zend and Symfony) is a great factor.
- Solid understanding of JSON, REST, SOAP and other similar web services.
Supplemental Skills & Experience:
- Experience in at least one of the popular content management systems (Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress)
- Familiarity with Apache Solr or ElasticSearch.
- Familiarity or previous experience in Automated Testing & TDD is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development environment & Methodologies.
