Job Description
- Analyze Client Requirements
- Communicating with the client and build a long term relationship
- Oversee the delivery of services or service technology to a company's clients or customers
- Setup updating/status meetings with clients on Monthly/Weekly basis depending on the progress of the project.
- Deliver project objectives within time, resource and budget constraints.
- Manage a team of developers.
- Monitor employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
- Define the Service Delivery strategy to achieve effective end to end transactional services
- Management of Service Delivery budgets
- Management of off-shored third-party relationships
- Lead integration activity and change requirements
- Support and develop opportunities for the Service Delivery teams
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Sharepoint\ .Net
- Project management background
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- B.Sc. in computer science, engineering or relevant field
