Job Description
- Evaluate customer requirements and perform gap analysis between requirements and current solution.
- Assist in defining the project scope and objectives.
- Detect and solve any conflicts between different stakeholders' requirements.
- Negotiate and document customer requirements then obtain customer approval on the customer requirements document.
- Assist in analyzing and minimizing the risks raised in the analysis phase and suggest mitigations.
- Tender response
- Prepare the technical proposal and compliance sheet.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business
- Understanding of business practices
- Excellent communication skills
