Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed
Conduct interviews, hire, and train new installation staff
Provide guidance and insight to upper management
Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production
Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
Deliver products consistently, on time and on budget
Oversee customer testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed
Work closely with projects engineers during all phases of projects
Review all work produced by workshop team
Ensure production meets company standards
Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders
Review projects cash flow sheet.
Review for all project invoices and payment with Project Managers and Financial.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, architectural engineering or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminum & installation field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in management
Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
Exceptional communication and reporting skills
Solid working knowledge in all automatic doors installation
Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
