Job Description

Operations Management (Day-Day):

  • Sales Oriented:Work closely with the sales Department to set objectives & targets,
  • Managerial Feedback Report: Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the marketing manager.
  • Branding: Assist in branding & designing all DORMA or MAB/Chinese products and follow up with the outsourced marketing agencies.
  • Follow up Sale Performance:Receive a report from the sales department on a weekly basis.
  • Marketing Budget Allocation: Handling the agreed marketing budget to the best of achieving the required marketing plan through choosing the best marketing channels (On-line/off-line) that can maximize sales and increase turnover.
  • Business Partners - Floor Sales men Training: Making sure of the Business Partners product knowledge specially the sales team working at different stores through organizing regular meetings that works on educating and updating their product knowledge.
  • Follow Up with agencies: to follow up with marketing and advertising agencies, to ensure that marketing activities are executed as plan to meet the company's overall objectives.

Process Improvement (Strategic):

  • Competition Analysis: Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products as well as prices (Market Intelligence).
  • Sales Growth: Obtain product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies..
  • Business Development: Assist the sales team to open new markets and explore new business opportunities through monitoring the market.

People Management:

  • People Assessment: Conduct performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.
  • Development: Prepare the training and development plans for department staff in Egypt and countries.
  • Recruitment: Maintain Product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
