Job Description
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Project Manager.
- Determine with Project Managers each project item budget to submit to financial department.
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
- Ensure the project required materials, equipments Deliveries are consistence with Time Frame.
- Facilitate Coordination with technical department and service department.
- Determine the objectives of the Projects Department.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Review the projects time schedules.
- Review projects cash flow sheet.
- Review for all project invoices and payment with Project Managers and Financial.
