Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Linux and or Microsoft environments which support Group’s key business applications like customer care, billing, e-commerce, SAP, consumer, enterprise and cloud solutions
• Provide best customer experience on service performance due to regular system
• Review and provide pro-active performance and resilience improvements
• Assure best in class configuration of the alarming system to guarantee failure and able to resolve problem before customer recognition
• Manage server related refresh and decommissioning programs whilst maintaining the highest level of Service availability to customers
