Job Description
Egyptian International Food Company, subsidiary of Motaheda-Holding, is one of Egypt's leading domestic refreshment beverage companies, manufacturing, bottling and distributing Tier 2 carbonated soft drinks under it own brand.
Main Job purpose
- This fast paced role leads Sales & Marketing Department to develop and execute highly effective Marketing strategies to maximize sales potential in all areas of business and markets.
- Reports to the General Manager and part of the Executive Committee including : Finance & Administrative Manager, Plant Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify new market areas and expand distribution network by generating new business with large 3rd party distributors in Delta and Upper Egypt Gouvernorats;
- Develop sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies and propose adjustments to product mix;
- Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team;
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas;
- Negotiate sales with existing and new key accounts who are of strategic importance to the organization;
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis and maintain accurate and updated market information;
- Plan, develop and coach sales team;
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts;
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue;
- Develop and execute a communication and PR strategy;
- Develop an effective brand strategy through offline and online channels.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in Sales & Marketing of Beverages or FMCG in Governorates outside Cairo is mandatory.

Requirements
- Min 15 years of Experience
- Min 10 years of proven experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in Food and Beverage industry or FMCG. (Soft Drinks considered a plus)
- Proven experience in marketing Tier 2 products in Gouvernorates
- BSc/Master degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related fields
