Job Description

  • Track and follow-up on attendance process.
  • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and absences.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel records for all the employees.
  • Administer the hiring and termination process.
  • Maintains Human Resources payroll records and files.
  • Handle the hiring process "employment contract, social insurance and the required documents".
  • Dealing with the social insurance and labor office to solve any problem concerning employees.
  • Provide statistical information as requested by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Males only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law or related field.
  • Must hold HR diploma or certificate.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personnel field.
  • Previous experience in factories and in dealing with blue collars will be preferred.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong leadership, problem solving skills and communication skills.
