Job Description
- Track and follow-up on attendance process.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and absences.
- Creating and maintaining personnel records for all the employees.
- Administer the hiring and termination process.
- Maintains Human Resources payroll records and files.
- Handle the hiring process "employment contract, social insurance and the required documents".
- Dealing with the social insurance and labor office to solve any problem concerning employees.
- Provide statistical information as requested by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law or related field.
- Must hold HR diploma or certificate.
- 3-5 years of experience in personnel field.
- Previous experience in factories and in dealing with blue collars will be preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong leadership, problem solving skills and communication skills.
