Job Description
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
- Create competency models
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Recommend training and development systems.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
- Participate in the coordination, implementation and delivery of policies and programs that support business objectives and are aligned with the organization's business plan
- Participate & Support in the design, enhancement and delivery of organizational development services.
- Keeps up to date on OD best practices.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field.
- Experience 5+ years, Min 2 years in the same position
