Main Duties:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, errands
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Interact with external clients
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Looking after the travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road).
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills.
- Excellent English Language.
- Microsoft Office Skills
