Job Description

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
  • Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
  • Assist in other administration responsibilities as required.
  • Workings Hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), Friday and Saturday are off.

Job Requirements

  • Female.
  • Has Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years-experience (preferable).
  • Has high sense of responsibility.
  • Good at English.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Good at Microsoft office (preferable).
  • Good typing skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
