Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include
- Providing support to our managers and employees
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our Business development administrative activities to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
