Individuals in the Systems Analyst role are responsible for analysis, design, configuration, and support of IT system solutions that Improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Identify system requirements and Provides reference by writing documentation.
Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
Document interfaces and integrations between new and legacy systems
Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
Hands on experience with software development and documentation
Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Develop system analysis using analysis Tools (use cases, Activity diagrams, wireframes & Mockups, business models, etc.).
Creating static & dynamic applications prototypes using modeling Tool.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
Verify database and data integrity.
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.

Work experience & skills

Total 5-6 years of experience in SWDL, with 1-2 years hands on analysis activities
A previous experience in development or QC activities.
A degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Ability to explain technical details
Excellent analytical skills
A good problem-solving attitude
Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project, Microsoft word , Microsoft excel
Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
Excellent Arabic and English oral and written communication skills.

Technical skills needed by systems analysts include but are not limited to:

Prototypes designing tools experience
Programming languages (.Net, Java, XML, etc.)
Information systems (databases, MISs, decision support systems)
System development tools and environments (such as report generators, office automation Tools, etc.)
