Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Compares prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions
  • Arranging, tracking and realizing on time, as the required quantity and with appropriate prices and payment terms.
  • Responsible for assessing vendors in terms of prices, delivery time and quality.
  • Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
  • Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment
  • Preparing purchasing budget and continuous improvement on all values.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documentation on all responses, purchases, contracts, correspondence and related follow up.

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent Microsoft office user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solver
  • Females only
