Job Description
Main Duties:
- Compares prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions
- Arranging, tracking and realizing on time, as the required quantity and with appropriate prices and payment terms.
- Responsible for assessing vendors in terms of prices, delivery time and quality.
- Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
- Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment
- Preparing purchasing budget and continuous improvement on all values.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documentation on all responses, purchases, contracts, correspondence and related follow up.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience
- Excellent level of English
- Excellent Microsoft office user
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
