Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsiblities - (Not Limited To)
- Design and implement the overall Rewards strategy, Compensation & Benefits programs, policies and procedures.
- Set and track the compensation budget.
- Evaluate employee benefits policies to stay current, competitive, and legal.
- Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with governmental regulations.
- Determine competitive wage rates and develop/modify compensation plans.
- Design the basic compensation structures aligned with corporate culture and values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or suitable discipline
- 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- High level attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving skills
