Job Description

  • Coordinating with the managers of various departments to plan the needs of human resources and ways to provide them and train them and improve their performance

  • Manage the process of assessing the performance of employees at the company.

Job Requirements

  • Have experience working as human resources and management manager
  • Obtain an appropriate high school qualification -
  • Have a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
  • To have the technical knowledge and skills of the technical skills and knowledge in the management of human resources and administrative affairs and the skills and skills and technical knowledge of the insurance companies, skills and technical knowledge in the labor law
  • Knowledge in the law on taxes on wages and skills and technical knowledge in the law of social insurance
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration and Diploma of Professional Human Resources is preferred to a certificate in the Labor Law and an approved certificate in the tax law on wages and a certificate in the Social Insurance Law
  • Proficiency in English: at least knowledge of the technical terms of the job
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency
  • Preferably at the same post for at least 7 years
  • Must have 7 to 9 years' experience in working experience with most of the activities related to the job required
  • Preferably have at least 7 years of experience in the same field of activity of the company (metal forming and manufacturing of electrical products)
  • Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the same field of manufactured products (lighting manufacture, poles, electric panels, cable trays and hot galvanizing)
