Job Description

Job Brief

We are looking for a driven Social Media moderator to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Main Duties:

  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily engaging content for social media accounts (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community, And Responses to Comments
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years work experience as a community manager.
  • Proven social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
  • Ability to blog about social media on the Atomic website based on research, experience, and relevant social media news.
  • Create/manage moderation policies
  • Monitor discussions on Facebook / Instagram, respond in a timely fashion where appropriate.
  • Protect the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers.
  • Review user content and escalate or flag as necessary.
  • Take the lead on the comments being made on the Social Media as they come in and produce material for the Social Media comments as required.
  • Full responsibility for accounts and how information is handled and gathered.
  • Measuring and creating reports to keep a track of customer feedback.
  • Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensuring our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors.
  • Monitor and measure the success of community engagement.

    Skills
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    Company location is in 5th settlement.
