Job Description
- Owns the vision of all company products
- Takes strategic product(s) decisions
- Conducts competitive analysis on market researches
- Develops & maintain strategic plans for the company products
- Conveys the vision to the entire team through meetings, presentations and emails
- Conduct periodical meetings with Lead POs to check status and pending issues
- Periodically meets POs to assure high quality & productivity
- Resolves team conflicts
- Develops the unit standards, guidelines & templates
- Develops & maintain the personal development plan of POs
- Identifies the unit needed capacity
- Allocates POs on products
- Leads the hiring of POs
- Develops the job descriptions of POs
- Develop the career paths for POs
- Develops the performance evaluation process
- Conduct the performance evaluation meetings
- Propose salary increases and promotions of POs to management
- Identify & mitigate risks on products & unit level
- Conduct presentations to stockholders on products
- Work closely with marketing team
- Generate statistical reports on products status and team performance
