Job Description
- Convert customers /re sellers enquirers into right technical solutions
- Meet with end users to better understand their requirements if necessary.
- Generate Bill of Materials
- Conduct demos and proof of concept in Aptec’s demo center (where applicable) to present right solution to customer (re-seller and/or end user)
- Design solutions blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors and present same to customer.
- Convert sales inquires into right technical solutions and present same to customer (re-seller and or end user)
- Keep updated with latest product information and technical requirements in order to give right technical solutions to customer
- Arrange and conduct a technical training for partners/customers
- Develop and maintain good relationship with re-sellers and vendors technical teams in order to receive maximum business support and make Aptec first choice company to deal with.
- Make sure that demo center (hardware and software is working properly)
- Develop, execute and maintain good relationship with technical team in top (as per target assigned) re seller accounts in order make Aptec first choice company to deal with
- Develop, execute and maintain good relationship with Vendor’s sales team in order to get maximum business support (special prices…)
- Support the re-sellers in troubleshooting
- Work on upgrading system/tools whenever is required from vendor
- Be representative and ready any time to meet re-sellers
- Report to vendor as per vendor’s requirements (if applicable)
- Make sure that the demo center (hardware and software) is working properly (if applicable).
Product Knowledge :
- Study and take seriously all the arranged training by the department head in order to keep the technical knowledge at the required level.
- Get pre-sales/technical certificates from vendor.
- Knowing well technically what the competition is offering
Training :
- Arrange and conduct in-house technical training for Aptec’s partner (where applicable) as per target assigned
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Security Back ground in Kaspersky or other security brand
- Capable to do all installation and implementation for Kaspersky on Physical and virtual environment
- Engineering certificate is must
- Relevant/ industry experience
- Graduate with 3 years relevant/industry experience
- Industry - IT
Other Preferred :
- Qualification Pre–Sales (Technical) Certification on respective product
- Experience more than 3 years in sales in the IT SME or Enterprise segment
