Job Description
- Courier sourcing, on-boarding and training
- Supervising the performance of Fleet management
- Coordinate and track shipments / orders to and from companies and clients to the system to ensure existing information for further processing.
- Analysis and product/operation process improvement
- Various recruitment related roles, such as costs and benefits of courier incentive programs and working closely with team members (including tech) to enforce and monitor these programs and their end result.
- Communicate directly with customer service and couriers department to ensure efficient and time delivery of all shipments/ orders.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of operations’ experience
- Bachelor degree (no specific field required)
- Ability to communicate in English language.
- Other Skills Microsoft office skills
- Relevant experience in logistics software is a plus
- Startup-related mentality (Expect the unexpected and roll with it)
