Job Description
- Update on a regular basis all job descriptions in light of the business needs and changes.
- Work closely with all site department heads to ensure smoothness of work, through attending to their HR needs in respect of training, replacement, transfer, etc.
- Update on a regular basis all job descriptions in light of the business needs and changes.
- In charge of the monthly Compensation & benefits calculation, in terms of variables and KPIs calculation while ensuring compliance with the up to company policies.
- In charge of preparing the personnel budget of each Business Unit in coordination with the HR Manager and the Business Unit Manager.
- In charge to update - on a monthly basis - the staff movements on the SAP system and the HR monthly report.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any related field.
- Have 2-4 years in HR position.
- Very good command of English language.
- Preferably lives in Menoufya, October & Giza.
- HR Diploma is an advantage.
