Job Description
- Manage mechanical & electrical maintenance operations for the entire factory.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for machinery failures.
- Monitor the equipment efficiency by decreasing the MTTR, and the MTBF.
- Decrease the down time relative to the loading time.
- Steer and oversee all repair, installation, and maintenance activities with the optimum solutions.
- Control the machines’ record endorsement for all maintenance and repairs activities and released spare parts.
- Follow up the outsourced maintenance activities at the external workshops, contractors, or service providers.
- Monitor equipment and spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken
Job Requirements
- BSc. Mechanical Power Engineering
- Min. 10 years experience in industrial sector
- Expert knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, & SCADA,
- Ability to design a long term preventive maintenance plan
- Solid knowledge of designing maintenance SOPs and work instructions
- Troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Design OPEX & CAPEX budget plan
