- Hi, we are Breadfast! We deliver fresh bakeries to customers’ doorsteps every morning. We accept orders every day until 10 pm, bake overnight, and start delivering fresh bakeries as early as 5 am.

- We are looking for someone who can lead targeted outreach efforts, form strategic partnerships, and engage customers on a one-on-one basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies to thoughtfully grow the community
- Solicit feedback from customers
- Establish partnerships with different affinity groups
- Conduct user interviews by phone or in-person
- Cultivate deep relationships with members through the use of email, social media, phone, and in-person meetings, and keep records of customer interaction
- Manage customers experience for regular community events
- Help coordinate all pre- and post-event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and thank you notes
- Manage and track event customers’ lists, providing analytics to relevant teams
Job Requirements
- Digitally and socially savvy with a passion for digital innovation
- Enthusiastic, energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in writing for the web
- Arabic and English Fluency is a must; French or German basic knowledge is a big plus
