About Us :

  • Hi, we are Breadfast! We deliver fresh bakeries to customers’ doorsteps every morning. We accept orders every day until 10 pm, bake overnight, and start delivering fresh bakeries as early as 5 am.

  • The ideal candidate excels at forming lasting relationships with a wide variety of people and thrives in social settings.
  • We are looking for someone who can lead targeted outreach efforts, form strategic partnerships, and engage customers on a one-on-one basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategies to thoughtfully grow the community
  • Solicit feedback from customers
  • Establish partnerships with different affinity groups
  • Conduct user interviews by phone or in-person
  • Cultivate deep relationships with members through the use of email, social media, phone, and in-person meetings, and keep records of customer interaction
  • Manage customers experience for regular community events
  • Help coordinate all pre- and post-event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and thank you notes
  • Manage and track event customers’ lists, providing analytics to relevant teams

Job Requirements

  • Digitally and socially savvy with a passion for digital innovation
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in writing for the web
  • Arabic and English Fluency is a must; French or German basic knowledge is a big plus
