Job Description
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures to oversee and sustain the
- Security activities across all locations.
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses to meet the assigned budget.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms to ensure smooth evacuation.
- Review all security contracts and recommend renewal, termination or replacement based on their performance to be discussed with direct manager.
- Participate in the issuance of governmental licenses to all ibnsina properties to ensure proper services to the locations.
- Visit all branches to monitor all security issues to ensure smooth working operations.
- Ensure selecting qualified security guards (Age, appearance and skills) to maintain company rights.
- Analyze the received daily attendance sheet for security guards to take the corrective action with the related security companies.
- Develop and oversee business continuity plan among ibnsina premises through contingency plans to eliminate the possibility of any business interruptions
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
- Train security guards from outsourced companies to ensure efficient & effective work results.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to direct manager.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline preferably in police or army science
- 6 - 8 years' experience in the security operations.
- Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV & control room,).
