Job Description
- Creates Campaigns to engage with and convert customers to buy from Ixina
- Creates different types of content to engage customers continuously
- Manages All channels of communications to get the word out for Ixina
- Along with the Operations Manager, plans events & get Ixina involved in the communities and crowds of interest
- Manages Vendors to market, advertise or design for Ixina
- Builds and sustains Ixina’s brands personality and tone
- Create continuous engagement strategies with customers and partners
- Manages Ixina’s partners and create new ones
- Manages PR related Activities
- Plans and Manages marketing budgets
- Along with the Financial Manager, creates different promotions
- Helps Business Development and Design & Sales to generate qualified leads
- Manages marketing and sales funnels
- Collects, and analyze data along with both business development and Design & Sales
- Reports to CEO routinely
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 -8 Years of Experience
- Proven Record of innovation and creativity
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and generic marketing strategies
- Great command of English
- Team Worker, and proactive
- Self Learner
- Good understanding of data analysis
- Good understanding of technology
