Job Description
- تنفيذ الخطط و البرامج التنفيذية الخاصة بإدارة المشتريات
- تنفيذ طلبات الشراء الواردة اليه و كذلك جميع أوامر الشغل فى حدود عمله
- إقتراح الإجراءات التحسينية و العلاجية و الوقائية التى من شأنها تحسين أداء العمل بإدارته
- تنفيذ جميع المهام التى يطلبها مدير المشتريات ومنسق المشتريات فى حدود العمل بإدارة المشتريات
- رفع تقرير أسبوعى إلى مدير المشتريات لبيان ما تم إنجازه و ما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب
- جميع ما سبق ذكره يجب أن يتم طبقاً للإجراء الرسمى المعتمد لإدارة المشتريات
- Implementation of plans and executive programs for the management of procurement
- The execution of the purchase orders received to him as well as all orders of employment within the limits of his work
- Suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration
- To carry out all tasks requested by the Procurement Manager and the Procurement Coordinator within the limits of the work of the Procurement Department
- Submit a weekly report to the Procurement Manager to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason
- All of the above should be done in accordance with the formal procedure adopted for the procurement department
