Job Description

Your new role

The role will encompass both digital marketing and social media. You will be responsible for all Social Media Ads and SEM/PPC activities as well as web analytics and use these to drive performance. You will research exciting new content ideas and formats that are unique and engaging to ensure KPIs are met.

In addition, you will be responsible for building and executing social media strategy. You will generate, edit ad publish daily content and ensure that all social pages are optimized to increase company visibility. You will then track the success using social data/metrics and act on this information.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Execute AdWords campaigns through (search engine, google display ads, YouTube ads)
  • Running Social Media Ads through all platforms
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily posts (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Create editorial calendars
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other international departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Analyze and report on coverage on monthly basis.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Arabic and English
  • Ideally 2 years Social Media/ AdWords campaign experience either in-house or agency side
  • Advanced understanding of all major social media platforms
  • Google Analytics – intermediate level
  • Very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • An ability to work to a brief with clear deadlines
