Job Description
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns
- Diagnose faults
- Supervise engineering and technical staff
- Obtain specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Evaluates electrical systems by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.

- Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and domestic purposes
- Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.
- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations
- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- Ensure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
- Assist in forecasting requirements
- Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment
- Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services
- Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
- Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility
- Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken
- Diagnose and Analyze electro PLC Hardware and software problems.
- Set plans to overcome production bottlenecks.
- Able to set future plans to develop production process and improve technicians abilities.
- Report performance results and consumption of spare parts.
- Receive spare parts and set standards for replacements and repair.
- Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or similar relevant degree)
- High ability to lead and follow up team-work.
- Able to set plans and execute them in an efficient manner.
- Committed to safety procedure and cost effectiveness
- Experience from (3-7) years in Manufacturing only.
- Industrial field & Production line experience is a must.
- Very good in English
