Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, DB backup and networks.
- Minimal software development skills using the following or any: JavaScript, PHP, .net, MVC, MS SQL queries.
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
