Job Description

Vodafone Technology Enterprise Solutions Egypt is a part of Vodafone Technology Shared Services Egypt serving technology enterprise serving two Vodafone local markets in Europe, Germany and Spain as well as serving one UK based group entity.

TES has a career path across all technology departments in Vodafone Shared Services Egypt as well as collaboration opportunities within 3 other TSS locations in London, India and Romania

Role purpose:

  • Serving BO Enterprise clients & VGE ( activation-prolong-porting-Hardware)
  • Contacting client (service manager) by mail or phone.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Working parallel on 9 tools. (KIAS, SAP, Price plan Tool, Price E-Tool, Simkartentool, SharePoint, MOM, Hotline Database, Client data base)
  • Prolong (renew) contracts and send Hardware to the Customer with tariff change (Single & mass)
  • Activation of new numbers with subsidized hardware (Single & mass)
  • Import new phone numbers from other providers to VF with subsidized HW (Single & mass)
  • Send Hardware to the customer subsidized or unsubsidized (Single & mass)

Job Requirements

  • Independent and autonomous execution of tasks

  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience
  • Able to read and write complex German sentences
  • German Language Skill 3 according GER = B1/B2
  • Very good understanding of numbers
  • Technical understanding of the different process
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Basic commercial knowledge desirable
