- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Take minutes in meeting
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Alert manager about cancellation or new meetings.
- Helps prepare office budget.
- Plans events and volunteer activities.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Translate Arabic/English and vice versa
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Greet and receive visitor.
- Supervise cleanliness/office supplies & Welfare
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies stationary, welfare
