Job Description
- Process quotation requests from assigned Sales and Customers, and maintains log.
- Collaborate with pricing desk for quotation preparation as per client requirement; correspond with various Agility offices for rates and shipments updates.
- Receive and respond to all incoming inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Pro-actively identify additional opportunities from customers and sell in additional services and value added services where appropriate i.e. Overland, ShipA etc.
- Update one view (CRM tool) on a regular basis; maintain CRM data quality standards
- Liaise with Operations and other departments as needed to meet high levels of customer expectations
- Act as main point of contact/back up to Customers when assigned Sales (account owners) are out of office.

- Strong affinity with e-commerce, electronic media, and customer facing information value products in general
